Teuila and Jamie talk after class. They talk about how Sarah is very tired.

Teuila: That lesson in class today was interesting. I love science!

Sarah: Yeah.

Teuila: The teacher is funny too. Everyone laughed at his jokes. But you did not laugh. I saw you. You looked tired!

Sarah: Yeah, I'm so tired today. I'm tired all the time!

Teuila: Do you sleep enough at night?

Sarah: Maybe not.

Teuila: What time do you go to bed?

Sarah: I study at the library until it closes at 11. Then my roommate and I talk. I go to sleep at 1 a.m.

Teuila: What time do you wake up?

Sarah: I wake up at 6 a.m.

Teuila: That is very early!

Sarah: I know... I go to the gym before class.

Teuila: Sleep is important. I get lots of sleep. My body feels good. My mind feels good. School is easier. I feel happy!
